The package includes windowed calculations (operating over genomic sliding windows from VCF input) for allele and genotype frequencies, the inbreeding coefficient (Fis), pairwise Fst, Nei's H (gene diversity), Watterson's Theta, and sex-specific reference allele frequencies.
